The Probe Assembly functions both as a diagnostics tool and a fixture building aid. In probe mode, the NX Tester displays the test point(s) touched by the probe. If a program is loaded in memory, the NX Tester also lists the connector and pin names to be connected to each probed test point. This feature is designed to dramatically speed the fixture building process.
