| 1995 | Model 256 Wire Harness Tester was released to fulfill the need for a smaller, more cost effective unit |
| 1996 | Integration of printers and scanners are added to meet the increasing quality control requirements |
| 1997 | XL Series Wire Harness Testers were released to increased performance and test points to 2048 |
| 2000 | PASS 6.0 Windows was released for additional software capabilities |
| 2002 | Infrared data communications was added for moving conveyor production lines |
| 2004 | NX Series Wire Harness Testers and NX Editor software were released incorporating the latest technology to provide superior speed, performance and accuracy |
| 2006 | NX Server was released to network all NX Testers together for data collection and file transfers |
| 2008 | NX Hipot Wire Harness Testers were released to support aerospace and medical industry requirements |
| 2009 | NX View display enhancement software was released to provide graphical representation of connectors and visual aids |
